“ I was happy with the food and service. Its hard to find a decent Mexican restaurant in the Easten area. The prices were reasonable and they have a nice bar in a separate room for singles or meeting up with friends. ”
“ Get ready to be transformed into another atmosphere! Went here for dinner on a Thursday night. The place was packed and music was playing, it was very lively! We were greeted by the host as soon as we stepped in. Staff were friendly and prompt. We ordered drinks, appetizer and entrees. They serve warmed tortillas chips with salsa complimentary. We tried queso dip with carne. It's a bit runny but tasted good. We got two orders of birria tacos and it was delish. This place is definitely a hidden gem. ”
“ My wife and I love El Mariachi. We go to the South Easton location frequently. The food is excellent and prices for food and beverages are very reasonable. We have been going there for 7 years. Over time we got to know the staff. Eduardo became a favorite of ours. He is personable and efficient taking care of us other patrons We always asked to be seated at a table that was in Eduardo's section when he worked as a waiter. He can now be found working as bartender and we always stop for drink before or after dinner. ”
“ Overall, a pretty decent find, though the food caters more to a bland palate than that of an authentic Mexican food lover. This was my initial Impression, at least, as the salsa served with thick corn tortilla chips was watery tomato and seasoned by more scallions than chili peppers. The Arroz con Camarones was a nice portion of well cooked shrimp and vegetables...some beans would have been a great addition. Despite the vibrant red color, the dish was saucy but very mild. I was a little envious of the beans and cactus salsa salad served on my son's pork carnitas plate. The acid and little kick of the cactus salad may have been the most flavorful bite of food we tasted. Friday afternoon at 3:00pm, the restaurant was very quiet and service was quick and friendly. Colorful interior, though some of the booths were well worn and torn. A good place to meet up with a smaller crowd or family. We were too late for the lower priced lunch menu, though dinner prices were reasonable. ”
